At this stage, Vibe & Connect is a growing nonprofit organization, and all leadership positions, including the Executive Director role, are volunteer-based. As we secure funding, grants, sponsorships, and donations, the Board of Directors will evaluate future compensation opportunities in accordance with nonprofit best practices and available resources.
